Our staff team have participated in a staff training development day that proved to be useful and informative.

We invited a range of speakers from councils, charities and advice agencies to give us a talk about their services so we can inform deaf women of their rights and entitlements through our service provision. 

We also received training on Discrimination law and What is Advocacy? We welcomed Will Burchell CEO at Nottinghamshire Deaf Society who gave a talk about their services. Will is soon leaving Notts Deaf Society and wish him well for the future.

Staff brought in lunch to share with each other and it certainly helped us to recharge our batteries, and improve service provision.
