Spot Purchase Independent Advocacy
If you are working with a deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing woman who need an advocate, we may be able to help!
We offer specialist Statutory and Community Advocacy services for deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing women.
Our fully qualified Independent Advocates are deaf women who have lived experience of the barriers that deaf women can face going through processes and making important decisions that affect their lives.
Our aim is to empower deaf women to be fully involved in these decisions, ensuring their views, wishes and best interests are heard, respected and considered.
We understand the importance of having access to information through various language and communication methods (BSL, SSE, deafblind manual, lipreading etc) and pay heed to Deaf culture.
