Back in July we had our first outdoor event – Horse Equine Therapy based in Holymoorside Riding School, near Chesterfield, Derbyshire. We had a lovely day, being in the fresh air, the view was spectacular. It was great meeting other deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing women. “I have met another deaf woman, whom I have never met before, we chatted quite easily while we were grooming the horse we were sharing. That was nice” said one of participant.
