Deborah Lush has worked incredibly hard over the past year to gain both qualifications on Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) and Independent Domestic Violence Adviser (IDVA). IDVAs and ISVAs are specialist trained staff who prioritise safety, reduce risk and provide independent support, throughout the home and court hearings for our deaf, deafblind and hard-of-hearing women.
