Advocacy Manager

Salary:                £26,403  – £30,518 per annum (dependent on having or be prepared to  complete and pass Level 4 Advocacy qualification, management skills and experience)

 Hours:                35 hours (full-time)

Location:           Strutts Community Centre, Belper, Derbyshire

Deaf-initely Women operates an Advocacy service for vulnerable deaf, deafblind and hard-of-hearing women across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

The post-holder will lead the delivery of the Advocacy service. Provide advocacy support to deaf, deafblind and hard-of-hearing women with issues relating to health, wellbeing, housing, benefits, employment, debts, discrimination, immigration, Care Act and education.

Closing date: Monday 6.7.2026, 12noon           

Interview date: Wednesday 15.7.2026
