Staff at Deaf-initely Women took time out to meet with two of our four Pilotlighters and our Pilotlight Project Manager, who came up from London and listened to us on our challenges, our aspirations and how we could improve our services for all deaf women living in Derby/shire and Nottingham/shire.
This initiative is a scheme funded by Garfield Weston Charity and Pilotlight, where experts from the commercial and charity sectors come together and undertake 360 degrees review of the organisation and advise us on how to improve. They will be meeting with us over the following months, where we will be looking at any necessary changes to become a smarter charity.
We would welcome your views and suggestions.
If you feel that Deaf-initely Women could improve their services or develop new services, then please do email: teresa@deafinitewomen.org.uk with your ideas and we will put these forward to our team of experts, Board members and staff.
