Staff Profile – Deborah Lush

Sep 6, 2021

I am still really enjoying my job and it certainly has been challenging and keeping me on my toes, especially during the pandemic. However, now things are starting to get back to some normality it means I can get out and about and meet people face-to-face which is lovely instead of staring at the computer screen!

My aim and passion is to continue working with Deaf/Hard of hearing/Deafblind women who have experienced or still are in a Domestic Abuse situation. Good news, I will be starting my IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor) course in September to which I’m very much looking forward to. It will mean lots of hard work but I do love a new challenge.

I am still available to do 1-2-1 Freedom Programme and it has proven successful with previous clients who have found this really useful and said it was an eye opener.

This is done on either zoom or face-to-face. Interested then please contact me at
