A few weeks ago, Minister for Disabled People, Tom Pursglove, and BSL Advisory Co-chair, Craig Crowley MBE FRSA, and Pauline Latham MP visited
Deaf-initely Women in Belper.

The group discussed key issues for deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind women, including:

• Increasing confidence and wellbeing

• Challenging discrimination

• Gov’s BSL Advisory Board, which will help implement the BSL Act
