Making a Memory Cushion

You will need:

Lightweight interfacing material- (low to medium heat)

Several old fabric materials (cut into 9 square pieces) – (Size: 6.5 inches x 6 .5 inches each) – FOR FRONT of cushion

(OR – Several old materials/fabric you like to keep – (plenty enough to fill the size for an 18 inches pillow)

Two large square fabric materials (large enough to fit in 18 inches pillows) – FOR BACK of cushion

Scissors

Buttons (optional)

18 inches pillow foam

A sewing machine is required – but welcome to watch and make notes for yourself in future.

Preparations:

Please attach the interfacing to the material and cut it into 9 squares for the front of the cushion

The back part of cushion – cut fabric into 2 x 11 inches squares.

As advised, please have 9 squares and 2 large backing squares ready for the workshop.
