Have you ever tried silent aqua-aerobic? It’s a lot of fun!
We had a fantastic time doing the ‘hard-sesh’ workout at Ripley Leisure Centre in Derbyshire. The training left us feeling exhilarated and accomplished. We were impressed with the facilities and the professional trainer along with the BSL interpreter, who guided us throughout the workout. We’re already looking forward to booking more sessions next year.
We can’t wait to challenge ourselves and see how much progress we can make with our fitness goals.
