The workshops will provide an overview on what is involved when communicating and supporting deaf & deafblind people to assist them to meet their social care needs.

The courses are for:

◗ Direct Payment, Personal Budget & Personal Health

◗ Budget employers/users including those who self-fund to meet their social care needs and

◗ their Personal Assistants, Communication Support Workers and Care workers.

Direct Payment employers will be able to claim reasonable work and travelling expenses for their Personal Assistant(s) to attend one or more of the following workshops to help them develop their skills & knowledge. For more information, please email: booking@deafinitelywomen.org.uk
